We have drafted this Privacy Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions, in order to inform and communicate with you how we treat your “Personal Information” (PI). PI is the data that can be used on its own or with any other accompanying information in order to be used to identify, contact, locate a particular person. 

The Privacy Policy will help you get a clear understanding of how and when we collect, use, dispose, protect, and otherwise, handle your PI in accordance with our website and application. The PI collected from the client shall only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.


Anantaks is a digital-based tax application designed to facilitate the automation and production of the Bureau of Internal Revenue tax forms for use and filing of professionals and small businesses. Anantaks is a product of Ananta Solution Corp., a Philippine corporation duly registered with the SEC and DTI.

Personal Information Collection

When you register to avail of our services, through the website or the application, you may be asked to enter your details to help you facilitate your experience.

Anantaks may collect the following information:

1. Your name and other personal information
        1.1.	Registered Taxpayer Name;
        1.2.	Civil Status
        1.3.	Gender
2.	Your contact information
        2.1.	Contact number and/or Landline number;
        2.2.	Email address;
        2.3.	Registration Address and Zip Code
3.	Your job or job specialization;
4.	Your Business and Business Information
        4.1.	The type of business you are currently in;
5.	Your tax information
        5.1.	Tax identification number (T.I.N.) 
        5.2.	Business Line
        5.3.	Tax Rate
        5.4.	Type of Taxpayer
        5.5.	Type of Deduction
6.	Income/s, expense/s, and other information from government agency forms and permits relevant to the user’s tax preparation and filing;
7.	Your demographic information 
        7.1.	Preferences and interests; and
8.	Other information or document relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

We collect information from you when you register from our website or application, when you use our offered Services (Tax Preparation & Filing, Business Registration, and Consultation), subscribe to our email notifications and blogs, use the Live Chat option or when you enter information on our site.

Personal Information Handling

We require the above information to understand and provide you with a better service by responding to your tailor-fit needs. 
The information procured from you will be used to verify your identity and to quickly process the transactions vis-à-vis the services we offer.

In particular, the data will be used for the following reasons:
    1.	Documentation, Processing and Preparation of tax documents of the Client.
    2.	Filing of tax documents with the BIR for the Client.
    3.	Client History.
    4.	Internal record keeping.
    5.	For the improvement of our products and services.
    6.	For promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information. 
    7.	For verification, clarification, additional requirements, market research purposes or customization of the website and app to provide you with better service

For the foregoing purposes, we may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
-	If you withdraw the consent you have previously given and seek to terminate whatever agreement we have with you, you may inform us at any time by writing to or emailing us.
      o Termination of our agreement and opting out of our offered services will be subject to BIR regulations and the specific provisions of law applicable.
- If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us.

Necessary Personal Information Disclosure and Processing

We may share the information you provide to us with:
1.	Third parties whom we have partnerships with to provide you the specific service you subscribed to and have requested or those with the appropriate service with which we integrate to;
2.	Ananta Solution Corp.’s affiliated entities which provide services or conduct data processing on our behalf, or for data centralization purposes;
3.	Accountants, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out some parts of the work on our behalf;
4.	The Bureau of Internal Revenue and its officers for the filing of your designated and appropriate tax forms;
5.	The general public if you submit content in a public forum or other features of our services that are viewable by the general public;
6.	People whom you registered to the website or the application for the processing of payments, on your behalf; and/or,
7.	Law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe your actions are inconsistent with this policy, if we need to protect the rights, property, or safety and security of Ananta Solution Corp. or others, or if there is a request for information by a competent authority if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

PI collected from you may be disclosed to and processed by the above-mentioned parties – 
a.	In the event that Ananta Solution Corp. engages its affiliated entities to provide certain services to you on the application’s behalf. 
    i.	In such cases, Ananta Solution Corp. will only provide information to such parties on a “need to know” basis; 
    ii.	Ananta Solution Corp. will limit their right to use and further disclosure of your PI as appropriate in the course of their work for Ananta Solution Corp.
b.	To verify the accuracy of the PI that has been provided to Anantaks;
c.	To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;
d.	To comply with applicable laws, court order, governmental regulation, or if such disclosure is otherwise necessary in support of any criminal or any other legal investigation or proceeding here or abroad.

Since some of the PI you have disclosed may be further disclosed to Ananta Solution Corp.’s affiliated entities, Ananta Solution Corp. will exercise all reasonable endeavors to ensure that such parties keep your personal information secure.
-	Ananta Solution Corp. will ensure that PI collected will not be further disclosed as this is stipulated as a specific provision in our Strategic Alliance Agreement and is further supported by a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by the parties involved.

Personal Information Protection

We are committed to ensuring that your information remains private, protected and secure in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and other issuances of the National Privacy Commission. 

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety or your personal information.

All the information that we collect, as abovementioned, are stored in our cloud and back-up servers that are equipped with up-to-date and top-of-the-line computer safeguards such as firewalls, data encryption procedures and physical and digital access limitations.

Your PI is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of authorized persons who have special access rights and credentials to such systems. These people are required to keep the information and data confidential, as they were required to sign a notarized Non-Disclosure Agreement. In addition, all sensitive information you provide us is encrypted via the proper and appropriate procedures. Your PI is also protected by our up-to-date system and software as well as our top-of-the-line encryption settings.

Ananta Solution Corp. has specific policies and procedures to prevent whatever type of data breach and unauthorized access in your PI. We regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the security measures of the systems that are in use.

Members of Ananta Solution Corp., such as website and app developers, website and app administrators shall uphold the utmost confidentiality in handling your PII. Ananta Solution Corp. binds its employees and consultants to a notarized Non-Disclosure Agreement, even extending beyond their contractual relations.

Since some and/or part of our services remains outsources, employees of Ananta Solution Corp.’s partners are likewise bound by a notarized Non-Disclosure Agreement and Strategic Alliance Agreement in handling your PI.

Due diligence is regularly conducted by Ananta Solution Corp.’s officers in order to ensure that our partners who process the services and transactions faithfully implement the proper security measures. 

Only authorized officers and employees of Anantaks have access to the personal information collected in this website and app which may be exchanged though email or by hard copy. 

In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (DragonPay, Paypal) and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Third-party Disclosure

We assure you - Anantaks will not sell, distribute or lease your PI to unauthorized third parties unless we have your consent and/or permission or are required by law to do so. We may release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, protect ours and others’ rights, safety and security.

This does not include, however, Ananta Solution Corp.’s affiliated entities, authorized accountants and consultants, website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website and application, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this data confidential.

Furthermore, your non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising and/ or other promotional uses. We may send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting.

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. The term cookie describes a range of technologies, including (1).  Pixel tags (2) mobile device identifiers, and (3) web storage used in desktop softwares or mobile devices.  Once you agree, the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and data are kept in storage for a period of five (5) years after which the data is removed from the system or anonymized. If you believe that your privacy has been violated, you have a right to file a complaint before National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
